1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and m71tw ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the m71tw website accessible at https://m71tw.app and all associated services, games, and features provided thereon. By accessing, registering, or using the m71tw platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agreed to be bound by them without reservation.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, m71tw will suspend all associated accounts, consolidate any remaining balances at its sole discretion, and may permanently exclude the player from the platform. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

m71tw takes active measures to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements, and any other conduct that exploits or misuses a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, m71tw reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend the affected account, and permanently exclude the player from future promotional eligibility.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

m71tw's promotional programme is designed around the Bangladeshi market calendar, including enhanced offers during BPL and IPL cricket seasons, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on m71tw are subject to acceptance at the platform's sole discretion. m71tw reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. 8.3 Consequences of Closure

Where closure results from player-initiated fraud or material breach of these Terms, m71tw reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance pending the outcome of the review. 8.4 Appeals

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed incorrectly may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension or closure notification.
